Hide AdMorgan Forry was the headline-maker with four goals, including a 20-minute hat-trick, as Steve Bailey’s side clicked into gear.
Brad Dean put the Blues on their way with a 14th-minute opener, before Forry doubled the lead 20 minutes later.
Forry struck again just after the break and completed his treble on 54 minutes.
Dean and Forry got one more each before Ringmer replied through Steven Stracey, but Selsey had the last say when Ciaran McGreal made it 7-1.

They visit Mile Oak on Saturday.
Bosham 2 Rustington 0
Sussex Intermediate Cup
Bosham made it two wins against Rustington in eight days to march into the last 32 of the cup and book an away trip to Polegate in the next round.
Former Pagham boss Jon Tucker had taken over the Greens who did not want a repeat of the league encounter seven days ago on their own patch that ended 4-0 to Bosham.
The Robins called up Ryan Coombes from the reserves and welcomed new signing Brandon Sammut to the fold.

Hide AdSimon Clayton sent in an early tester for Bosham keeper Sam Joyce, who was confidently behind it.
Bosham’s Callum Fewell was having a huge game at the back, winning towering headers and always first to the tackle.
Bosham struggled to create meaningful chances at the other end with strikers Neil Redman and Jake Lafferty left frustrated.
Gavin Heater hit the bar from long range, then right on half-time Lafferty had a wonderful chance for Bosham – but from a low ball into the area from Alex Barnes, he was just not able to stretch to poke it home.

Hide AdFrom the restart Bosham looked sharper and on the hour the deadlock was broken as Barnes showed class to beat keeper Andy Macarthy.
Barnes received a pass from Lafferty and turned to fire a sublime curler into the bottom corner.
The Robins’ second was more luck than judgment. Oliver Gilbert hit a long ball from inside his own half into the Rustington area and with defenders having stopped, thinking Bosham were offside, Macarthy made an error of judgement and the ball bounced over him into the net.
Bosham could have added to their tally but the win was in the bag.

Sidlesham 3 Pagham U21s 0
Intermediate Cup
Sidlesham got the better of near neighbours Pagham’s under-21s in the Intermediate Cup.
Sids had to shuffle their pack once again but this didn’t stop them putting on a good performance against a lively, youthful side.
A high-tempo game was less than ten minutes old when Sidlesham keeper Connor Kelly made his first save, going down to his left to prevent Pagham going ahead.

Hide AdFor Sids John Phillips and Tom Jefkins played a neat one-two with the latter’s strike just wide. Phillips broke the deadlock on 15 minutes when he closed down a back pass and got in between the keeper and full-back to slot into an empty net.
Sidlesham’s back four held strong with Tom Kelly, Tom Sandals, Matt Roberts and Joss Parsons marshalling the Pagham forwards well, limiting them to very few chances.
Callum Dowdell went on a fine solo run down the left delivering a fine cross for Bayley to head against the bar.
The second goalcame when Will Essai was tripped in the area and Bayley converted the penalty.
