But BHS director of access, safety and welfare, Mark Weston says that some of the suggested amendments have apparently been ignored.
He said: "If the Code goes through, it will forbid riding two horses abreast on narrow and busy roads and when riding round bends.It will also esclude horses from cycle tracks.
