Teenage tennis talent on show at Chichester
The grade-four tennis tournament was played on the club’s three indoor dome courts.
It was run using a compass draw format of eight players, and each match comprised the best of three short sets with a match tie-break as the deciding set if needed.

Hide AdThird place and a bronze medal went to Outek Dinapala of David Lloyd Southampton, who beat Mathew Spencer (Chichester Racquets & Fitness Club) 4-1, 4-1.
Henry Hughes of Southdown Sports Club was runner-up and collected the silver medal after losing in the final to gold medallist Ethan Parker of Badgers Tennis Club 4-2, 1-4, (10-5).
Tournament organiser and referee Peter Cook said: “We witnessed probably some of the highest standards of junior tennis I have seen played at the club in many years – it was truly outstanding. It was also a wonderful day for everyone who came along to support.”
