Blind widow in fatal collision
Grieving friends have paid tribute to Doris Ross, 79, describing her as a "lovely lady" and a "sweet person" who coped cheerfully with her loss of vision.
Doris, of Glovers Court in nearby Glovers Lane, carried a white stick.

Shop assistants and road workers went to her aid until an ambulance crew arrived. She died three hours later in the Conquest Hospital.
The 61-year-old taxi driver, from Sedlescombe, was unhurt but was said to be deeply shocked.
