UPDATE: Man arrested after domestic incident in Horsham

Police and paramedics attended the scene in a block of flats near the Bishopric’s KFC at around 6.30pm.

Officers received reports that the incident may have taken place outside and members of the public claim to have seen blood on the pavement.
