Newick Country Market: will be open this Friday morning from 10 till 11am in the Village Hall, you can purchase locally grown vegetables, there are several organically grown vegetables also available, homebaked cakes and tasty savoury items, fresh eggs, preserves. and charcuterie. Lovely handmade greetings cards, knit wear items, animal paintings, plants and flowers arrangements Orders will be taken for any of goodies. To ensure that you are not disappointed, make sure you arrive on time, with you shopping all in your basket you can then sit down and enjoy a cuppa.

This Sunday’s services: (1st Sunday of Lent)at St. Mary’s Church are Holy Communion (BCP)at 8am followed at 9.30am with Holy Communion (CW) if you should require a lift to Church please book in advance by telephoning 722 582.

Just to let you know: there will be no film show in the Village Hall in February, the next fill will be show be on 6th March, the film will be The Lady in the Van.
