Planning refused at Osbern Close
The outline planning application proposed the subdivision of the rear garden at 27, Osbern Close and access was the only matter to be determined at Rother's monthly planning meeting.
The proposed dwelling would be sandwiched between 27 Osbern Close and the adjacent property known as The Lodge.

Access to the proposed dwelling would have been via an existing drive which currently serves numbers 25 and 27 Osbern Close.
