Creative England are continually looking to update their locations database with a variety of interesting properties, so, whatever type of property you own - be it a pub, warehouse, cinema, cottage or church you may be able to make money from offering it up to productions looking for film locations. I know from personal experience that this can be very lucrative. You don’t have to own a castle or a mansion. I have filmed in three bedroomed semis and in ordinary back gardens.

Jack was found on the streets of Manchester scavenging for food after being apparently abandoned, was promptly nicked by the local police and deposited into Manchester Dogs Home, where he languished for about a year and a half, before a friend of mine felt so sorry for him that he took him home with him that day. January 6, 2003. The vet told my friend that Jack was about five to six years old. Making him about 18 or 19 years old this year. Sadly, my friend died in 2011, leaving Jack to me in his will. Jack, however, managed to celebrate his official birthday in style, despite the arthritis he now suffers from, with visits from friends, treats, much fussing and ripped up paper etc. In true seasonal style, a story with a happy ending. Go safely and enjoy your week.
