Hide AdHe said: "It shows you if you all do it together and stick together, work hard - you have got to come to these places and work hard.
"We’ve got lads coming back, we have had these injuries, the players haven’t been fit, we had the Covid - and we are not the only club to have had that - but it takes you two or three weeks and with the amount of games we have had to play, it’s just relentless.
"We have just got to make sure when the boys do come on they put a shift in. Everyone of them today was fantastic.

Hide Ad"We worked on it. We don’t just throw them out there. It’s the belief. It’s the first team we have done the double over this year which counts for a lot.
"But it means nothing if we don’t build on that now and we will try. Every game the lads will give 100 per cent, II can guarantee that. And if you do that hopefully you will win more than you lose. Today you could feel the buzz coming back."
Reds are back in action when they host Salford City on Tuesday night.
